A Licensed Residential Builder (LRB) is a construction professional or company approved by BC Housing to build, renovate, or manage residential homes in British Columbia.
Every LRB must meet strict standards for quality, safety, and consumer protection — and must complete CPD every year to stay licensed.
How Many CPD Points Do Builders Need?
Builders must complete 20 CPD points every year.
